Product development is the lifeblood of the food industry. We assist you in developing completely new products or simply tweaking or refining an established product range.

This is the process of developing a unique menu offering that is both profitable, on-trend, realistic and popular with your patrons.

Standardized operating processes are a critical component of any hospitality establishments’ long-term success. Such procedures create consistent service delivery, manage staff expectations and maintain efficiencies.

A Guest Experience Map (GEM) consists of various touchpoints a customer could offer within their establishment, as well as the interactions that take place at each touchpoint. Touchpoints are ‘moments of magic’ that aim to delight, spoilt and enhance the overall guest experience.

We offer both internationally accredited and customised training solutions.

This is a long term assignment that usually takes between three to six months, in order to implement all planned actions before the soft opening of a business. The pre-opening phase includes a variety of operational and procedural facets.
