Doli Lodge – Gastronomy training

Sprout 360 gastronomy training for the chefs at Doli Lodge. The training was successfully carried out with a lot of liveliness by our team, led by Martin Scheffer. Martin spent one month with the Chefs at Doli lodge working with them on how to identify fruits, vegetables and ingredients on the bush, that they can use to create recipes, different food preparation procedures, how to serve and plate dishes and infusing the style of food with the culture in the surrounding community.
